Harvesting grain and preparing it for processing

The film begins with the harvesting of grain and its transport to the cleaning plant. Here it is separated from stones, chaff, stalks and similar impurities. The grain is then moved through a funnel-type transfer silo to a modern grain dryer made by an American manufacturer. NECO grain dryer is fully automatic – it dries grain efficiently and quickly. It is surprising how high quality grains this modern machine can produce. Transport and storage of grain

The grain then goes to different parts of the post-harvest line. Watching the sophisticated system of flat-bottomed conveyors that ensure a smooth transition between the different stages is an experience. Finally, the grain is stored in silos. These are supplied by proven manufacturers AGI-MFS, MYSILO and CHIEF. Their silos provide ideal conditions for safe storage.

Quality of storage forces and grain protection

Galvanizing the silos is a crucial factor in protecting the grain from corrosion and moisture. Our supplied storage silos are made of galvanized steel with a value of up to 600 g/m2 – one of the highest on the Czech market. These ventilated silos are ideal for storing grain such as wheat, barley and corn. They are equipped with a special aeration system that keeps the grain fresh. It also eliminates pesky bugs, storage pests. It’s simple: those who want to maximise profits must keep their grain at its best.
