FARMIX at TECHAGRO 2024: Successful return after 6 years
TECHAGRO 2024, the prestigious international fair of agricultural technology, was again held in Brno after six long years. We were looking forward to it and we participated. You could find our stand in Hall G1, where we presented top products of the MYSILO and AGI brands. These brands are known for their innovation and quality in the world of storage and handling of agricultural products.
Feed silo MYSILO model 604-pneumatic
Visitors could see several interesting exhibits at our stand. Feed silo MYSILO model 604-pneumatic, with a diameter of 1.83 m, a height of 6 m and a volume of 11 m³, was designed for efficient storage and quick removal of products for short-term storage. Its 60-degree conical hopper ensures smooth retrieval and minimises residues. This particular feed silo was on display at our stand and attracted a lot of interest, especially from smaller farmers, fishermen and hunters, thanks to its favourable price, among other things. Mr. Vondra from South Moravia, who runs a small farm, was enthusiastic and plans to install it to improve the storage of feed for his animals.
Fast delivery of stock forces
During the fair we also noticed a great interest of farmers in two types of silosthat we have in stock at our Radomyšl plant. Fast delivery of these forces is crucial now before the harvest and visitors appreciated the possibility of immediate availability.
MYSILO telescopic picking device
Another interesting thing was MYSILO telescopic picking equipment, our new product aimed at dust-free loading of trucks. This product increases efficiency while reducing the risk of contamination during grain handling. Visitors appreciated its efficiency and dust-free stacking, which brings a significant improvement in hygiene standards during commodity handling.
Interest in the AGI-NECO grain and grain drying plant
The fair also attracted the attention of AGI-NECO grain and grain dryer. This dryer uses a continuous drying system with mixed airflow that heats and cools the grain evenly while maintaining the highest quality grain. NECO is commodity friendly, maintenance free and fuel efficient, which ensures energy savings. The next round of OPTAK grants is currently open, an ideal opportunity for those looking to invest in more efficient technologies. Our experts were on hand throughout the show to advise you on how best to use our technology and answer any questions you may have.
Visit of the Minister of Agriculture
On Sunday, we were honoured by a visit of the Minister of Agriculture Marek Výborný. Together with the Chairman of the Board of Directors of FARMIX a.s., Mr. Miroslav Kastner, they discussed the current situation in Czech agriculture, redistribution payments for medium-sized enterprises and investments in agriculture.
