Realization of the grain harvesting line for ZD “Kalich”

In 2023, we proudly completed a new grain harvesting line for the Kalich Agricultural Cooperative. This project was carried out with the utmost care and expertise to meet the specific needs of the cooperative.

Storage silos MYSILO

MYSILO storage silos form a key part of our project. We have supplied a total of four silos: two with a capacity of 1054 m3 and two with a capacity of 625 m3. Each silo is equipped with a full-lattice floor, which ensures optimal storage, and a 50 tonne per hour removal system, which increases the efficiency of grain handling.

Funnel Silo

Another part of our project is a funnel silo with an angle of 60 degrees and a volume of 138 m3. This solution is ideal as a pre-storage for the grain dryer, allowing for a smooth and efficient drying process. The design and capacity of the silo were carefully selected to suit the specific needs of the farming cooperative

Traffic routes

Grain intake is now faster and more efficient with a capacity of 50 tonnes per hour.

Grain cleaner VibroMAX JCM 10222

This grain cleaner ensures that all grain is clean and ready for further processing.

Grain dryer NECO D1690CE

With an output of 25 tons per hour (4% moisture), this dryer is a key part of the entire process.

Scrapper and bagger

The complete line is complemented by a crusher and bagger to ensure that the grain is ready for distribution.

Timely completion

We completed the entire construction before the 2023 harvest season, which allowed ZD “Kalich” to clean, dry and store grain in the new one.
