Project Description

In June 2022, we completed the installation of a new grain storage silo at Mr. Košán’s in Volenice. The Mysilo grain silo has a diameter of 8.25 metres, a flat bottom, a full-mesh aeration floor and a removal system, which allows easy and quick removal of grain.

This grain silo also includes aeration fans and roof exhaust fans to help maintain optimum grain quality and reduce the risk of quality loss due to moisture and temperature. In addition, temperature sensors are installed in the silo, which provides better temperature control and allows a timely response if the temperature in the silo rises above a set limit.

For easy and safe operation, the grain silo is equipped with external and internal ladders, a roof walkway and a roof staircase. These elements ensure easy access to the silo and allow easy handling of the grain.
