Project Description

In 2021, we installed the NECO D1660CE mixed flow dryer in the Sativa Keřkov plant breeding station in combination with two hot water exchangers and connected it with the transport routes of the existing post-harvest line, which we further expanded with the VibroMAX JCM 10222 C1P0A2 grain cleaner from the Czech manufacturer JK-Machinery.

• Output: 13 t/hod (pšenice 17-13%)

Hot water exchanger, 2 pieces

• Power input: 500 kW
• Temperature: 90°C
• Construction: galvanized (using heat from a biogas plant)

• Performance: 50 t/hr
