Second stage of modernisation at ZD Korolupy: increase in storage capacity

After the successful first stage of the modernization of the grain post-harvest line in ZD Korolupy, when a grain cleaner, dispatch bins, a vertical scrapper and a scrap bin were installed, we continued this year with the second stage. This phase included the addition of a new grain silo to the existing four grain storage silos.

The new MYSILO silo, model 1411I-Z0, with a flat bottom, 12.83 m diameter, 12.89 m height and a maximum volume of 1346 m3, is equipped with a full-lattice floor and a 50 t/h under-lattice discharge system. The conveyor routes have also been extended with redlers and a 60 t/h elevator. The entire structure was completed with footbridges and their supports.

This second phase not only increased storage capacity, but also brought further optimization and efficiency to the entire process.
