This year our company FARMIX a.s. celebrated its 25th anniversary. To celebrate this momentous occasion, we decided to take advantage of the national holiday on November 17, 2023, to take an unforgettable trip to New York. We chose this date not only to minimize the absence of our employees on weekdays, but also because we wanted to share this important moment all together as one team. <\/h3>\n

<\/h3>\n

Arrival in New York<\/h3>\n

Upon arrival in New York, we were greeted by the typical bustling atmosphere of this big city. Our staff, including our long-time US colleague Lee Kevin Case, immediately set about exploring the iconic sites. Central Park, Times Square, the Empire State Building and the Statue of Liberty – we got to see it all with our own eyes. <\/p>\n

Hockey enthusiasm in New Jersey<\/h3>\n

For many of our employees who are passionate hockey fans, the highlight of the visit was a trip to New Jersey where we had the opportunity to watch an NHL game. The atmosphere at the stadium was electric and it was an unforgettable experience for everyone. <\/p>\n

Gala dinner in a hamburger restaurant<\/h3>\n

The gala dinner was held in a famous hamburger restaurant where we enjoyed typical American dishes. During dinner we reminisced about our beginnings, discussed successes and failures and planned our future strategy. It was amazing to see how we have evolved from a small company to a major player in the market over the past 25 years. <\/p>\n

Discussion of the past and the future<\/h3>\n

One of the key points of the evening was a discussion on the company’s performance to date. We talked about our biggest successes, such as the introduction of new products and the expansion of our services. At the same time, we weren’t afraid to talk openly about the challenges and pitfalls we’ve had to overcome. Our colleague Lee contributed his experience from the US market and offered valuable advice for our future direction. Everyone present agreed that the key to success is constant innovation and adaptation to changing market conditions. <\/p>\n

Plans for the next years<\/h3>\n

The next part of the evening was devoted to the strategy for the coming years. We discussed new trends in agriculture, opportunities for expansion into foreign markets and innovations in technology. All employees contributed their ideas and opinions, which led to many inspiring discussions. <\/p>\n

Leisure and networking<\/h3>\n

In addition to official activities, we also had plenty of free time to explore New York and deepen our relationships. Some employees visited Broadway, others enjoyed shopping on Fifth Avenue. This informal time was important for strengthening team spirit and bonding with each other. <\/p>\n

Conclusion<\/h3>\n

The celebration of the 25th anniversary of FARMIX a.s. was an unforgettable event that allowed us not only to celebrate our achievements to date, but also to reflect on the future.
